Nothing looks quite as summery as this lovely salad, and it is incredibly simple. I just love it with a balsamic reduction, but balsamic vinegar with some oil is also great!
Peach and Proscuitto Salad
- 1 whole peach
- 6 oz proscuitto
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- 2tbsp balsamic reduction (or 1tbsp each balsamic and olive oil
Cut peach into slim slices
Tear Prosciutto and basil and scatter over peach slices
Top with balsamic
Enjoy deliciously!
